Stay on the mountains

The property is perfectly clean and spacious, offering a beautiful and soothing mountain view. Although the owner was absent during our stay, the caretaker provided excellent service, assisting with breakfast preparation and dinner recommendations. Breakfast is typically served at 8:00 AM, but they graciously accommodated our request for an early meal at 7:30 AM. The room amenities included a humidifier and a rather unique projector in place of a traditional television. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Overall stay is pleasant. However it will be good to have in house chef as there is none. I supposed this time of the year is low season. Hence not many tourists or hikers. Room is great, new and clean. If don’t intend to go out for meal, can just get cup noodle from the hosts. Morning breakfast is semi vegetarian 😅. Both hosts are very friendly. Very near to Dagu glacier nature park.

We just staying for 1night, but we have a good rest after long roadtrip to Heishui. The room was quite nice & big for us 2adult & 1child. The room have heaters as well so you wouldn't get freezing if stay on winter! 🥶 The hotel provides muslim friendly breakfast as well.

Clean room. Lighting systems in the room are very good.

Lovely place to stay with authentic breakfast

Good hotel and helpful staff. Our room got smart toilet with bidet which is very convenience for me. Staff told us that there is halal restaurant about 1km from the hotel. Staff aware that we are muslim and inform us that we can eat breakfast as there is no pork. Wholesome breakfast provided served by staff. Request for late checkout and staff allow us to checkout at 2 pm. Staff very helpful, help us to arrange our transportation to Bipenggou since there was no Didi in that area. Overall good hotel

Heshui is the nearest town 4km to Dagu Glacier. People here sleep very early. We reached the hotel around 7pm & everywhere is darkness & only 1 restaurant is open for dinner. Hotel is new with modern design. Booked a room with hot spring tub, so that we can relax after dinner. Unfortunately the staff told us not to use it as the hot water is bit warm, better to take a shower & sleep early. There’s a projector instead of a TV. We have to login as member then we can watch the local channel. Again we are disappointed that we can only select the free old drama to watch till we are tired & fall asleep.

Our stay at this hotel near Dagu Glacier was amazing. It’s close to the entrance, which made our trip so convenient. The room was beautiful, very clean, and we even had a mountain view right outside. The toilet was automatic, which was a nice surprise. I requested a halal breakfast since we are Muslims, and they kindly granted our request. I even thought there was no TV — turns out it was a projector, and I was so amazed! 😁 Overall, a great experience and highly recommended.💯👍🏻🫶🏻

Great location and great service. However, the bathrooms were a real issue — the water drained very slowly, and the hot water took a long time to come on. Especially in the morning, none of the toilets flushed properly, which was a big problem since we were staying as a group. Aside from that, the room itself was very new, extremely spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. If the bathroom situation is improved, it would be absolutely perfect.
