The hotel is in a great location. There is a lot of work going on nearby so it’s very noisy . The hotel itself needs a massive update . Wouldn’t stay there again as it was expensive for the type of hotel it is . Think next time I’d stick to travelodge or premier inn, as you know what you’re getting for your money. The room had a very small window so the room was dark and dingy

Hotel was excellent all round and a very special thank you to Claire, who was responsible for giving me an extremely clean room and a bed with a very comfortable nights sleep. Extremely polite staff.

Convenient and clean place. Reception staff Jojo is a wonderful lady that always greeted us with lovely smile. Good experience for me and my wife. Location is perfect as is located right next to Queen Street station.

Excellent staff, room and ensuite very clean. Only downside was due to unusually hot weather it was difficult to sleep even with window open. Good fan but too noisy for nightime and no air-conditioning.

Great location as thehotem situates just outside Glasgow queen street station. Too pricy for just a room. Aircon not working I used electric all night just to get to sleep.

Excellent stay. Booked at the last minute and arrived about 3 hours later. Excellent location, reception area very clean, room very clean and had all the basic amenities that’s you needed. Bathroom very good size. Would definitely book again if needed a Hotel.

Very convenient, clean, light, Hotel room , next to Station in Glasgow Central

Amazing location. Building is a grand old building. Double room with city view was large with great views directly onto George Square. The furniture in the room is quite dated but all very functional and everything you’d need was available.
