Best Western Glasgow Hotel

I stay here for two nights, the bed was clean but the table and bed is quite cramped I couldn’t really sit and relax and the toilet area need to be refurbished but shower was nice with the water pressure and last it’s not a bad thing but this is the first time I stay in hotel where my room it’s underground but other than that it’s nice and comfortable stay. And I saw this spot it’s nice to take photo 5 minutes walk.

The place was very clean , I called the hotel informing we will check in late and they check in was quick , the room was spacious and all basic necessities provided . The breakfast also had a variety and the staff was kind to provide a takeaway breakfast when we were leaving . The hotel staff were kind and helpful too overall will recommend this.

I arrived early and was charged an extra 170 GP; the staff gave me attitude, I had to repeat myself multiple times, and I was made to fill out the paperwork myself—a terrible experience.

THERE ARE PLENTIFUL FOOD JOINTS,THE FACILITIES WERE ADEQUATE AT THE HOTEL,SERVICE WERE ALSO EFFICIENT AND MOST OF ALL WE WERE RUNNERS TO COMPETE THE AJ BELL SCTTISH RUN-THE HOTEL WAS COVENIENTLY NEAR THE START LINE-

Reasonable stay at Best Western Glasgow. Good location in Finnieston area and easy access to City Centre and the West End via bus. Facilities were basic but serviceable and clean. We had some issues with noise, as our room was on the first floor facing the main street. Loud street noise could be heard from revellers throughout the night, and there were roadworks happening early Sunday morning. The fire alarm also had a fault which led to it going off multiple times on Saturday morning, which was not acknowledged by staff and no compensation offered. Overall did not feel good value considering the price paid, but this may have been affected by the price inflation caused by multiple events running in Glasgow the weekend of our trip.

We only stayed one night as we were watching a concert in Glasgow and had to go to the airport the next morning. We had an executive double room which was fairly spacious without being massive. Bathroom was good and the shower was excellent. The hotel is on a major bus route into the city or you could walk into the centre in 20 minutes. There are quite a few streets that you can park on and the parking is free between 6pm and 8am which was ideal for us. Arriving around 6pm seemed to be a good move as there were plenty of spaces. We managed to get a parking spot right outside the front door of the hotel. Check in was easy. They do take a £100 security deposit but it was back in our account the following day. It was only a 15 minute drive to Glasgow airport the next morning too (although that was at 4am). We would definitely stay again.

Yesterday I stay here everything is fine room washroom towels floor all clean and love this place only thing I am unhappy about is i found that reception people are not to friendly I have no idea about with although I love this hotel

Room was spotless and staff were helpful when needed. Right at bus stops going both towards Glasgow centre and in the opposite direction. The bus that goes directly to the airport is right outside the entrance for those who are needing to go to the airport. Minutes away from Kelvin Grove Park, museum and University of Glasgow. And wide range of places to eat and drink nearby. It’s more expensive than I would have liked to have paid and I extended my stay by couple nights and that costed more than my initial three nights which was a bit crazy. But if you have the budget it’s worth it.

I came here to stay for a conference. The breakfast and the service of the staffs were impeccable. I asked for a recommendation on place to eat while I was there and they always shared us a great place to dine out. Plus the hotel was to close to our conference area. Very convinient location to move around the city. I Had a pleasant stay here.
