Boutiquehotel Sycamore - Protected City View - 950m to Central Station

What a wonderful place! The welcome was so friendly we felt right at home. Lots of useful information, directions and assurances to ask for anything we need. The room was huge, with TV, fridge, comfy bed, desk, kettle and hot drink options, ensuite bathroom. Everything was clean and inviting. Very comfortable sleep! Parking on any nearby street, lots available, pay online between 9am-9pm but free overnight. Would absolutely stay again!

The room is simple but comfortable. The owner is very friendly and speaks Spanish. The neighborhood is unbeatable.

Great Experience Great experience in the heart of Eindhoven. B&B experience, enjoyed meeting the owner. We checked in after 8PM no problem. Comfortable large room with a loft (!), and lots of books. Noon checkout was very convenient. Will definitely stay there again when I return.

Quiet place, near Eindhoven central train station. The bathroom is big, and was veri clean, I took a shower and the water was hot so I needed to regulate it opening the cold one, it was a very good shower, the overall experience is pretty good, I'll repeat if my travels made me go to Eindhoven again.

Ich hatte am 19. Mai 26 dieses Hotel über Check24 gebucht und eine verbindliche Buchungsbestätigung erhalten. Am 27. Mai, drei Tage vor meiner Anreise, hat der Hoteleigentümer dann plötzlich per Chat verkündet, dass er mir das Zimmer nicht zur Verfügung stellen könne, da er es anderweitig vergeben hat; im Buchungssytem hat er meine gültige Buchung allerdings nicht storniert. Auf meine berechtigte Bitte, mir eine Ersatzunterkunft zu besorgen, hat er nicht reagiert. Check24 hat auf meine Beschwerden auch nicht rechtzeitig reagiert. Wie ich später vor Ort gesehen habe, handelt es sich bei der Unterkunft durchaus nicht um das, was man sich unter Boutiquehotel vorstellt, sondern um eine alte Villa, in der der Besitzer tageweise einige Zimmer vermietet. Das mag für viele Zwecke gut passen, aber für Reisende, die zuverlässige Hotelservices einschließlich verlässlicher Einhaltung des Beherbungsvertrages nach erteilter Buchungsbestätigung erwarten, würde ich die Unterkunft nicht empfehlen.

Globalement décevant et vieillissant B&b bien situé a Eindhoven, mais chambre familiale vieillissante, avec salle d'eau minuscule sur le palier. Un évier de cuisine dans la chambre en guise de lavabo et oreillers ne sentant pas le propre. B&b n'ayant rien d'un "boutique hôtel", nous avons été globalement assez déçus du confort très moyen de la chambre.
