Hampton Inn Philadelphia/Great Valley/Malvern

The walls are very thin and could here people upstairs and next using the bathroom. The bed was very uncomfortable. Did not get a good night sleep due to the noise and uncomfortable bed.

Do not stay at this room. I am a Hilton diamonds member I stay at Hilton‘s over 100 times a year. I had stayed with this hotel. They tried charging me two times for room on top of that my guy said there was bugs in the room. They got bit up and when you go try to explain that they’re charging you two times and showing them on your bank that they charged you they tell you no we did not the lady at the front desk always has an attitude. My guy stood here for a week and a half. They charge me a deposit every night and never got it back. Do yourself a favor. If you stay with Hilton stay away from this room. They are the ones that charge you and do what they want and look at you like you’re wrong when it’s plain and clear sight, how much they charge me for a room don’t waste your time. Hilton should be very upset with themselves for forgiven them a franchise and Hilton will be hearing from me they should be more worried about the people selling women out of their hotel room, then hard-working men

We were able to check in earlier than expected, and the staff was very respectful, friendly, and responsive throughout our stay. The room was spotless upon arrival, and we had no issues during our visit. Even though we woke up too late for breakfast, we were still able to get coffee and chocolate milk before checking out, which we appreciated. The checkout process was quick and convenient, and parking was easy as well. Overall, we had a great experience and would gladly stay here again.

The hotel had overbooked, so they upgraded us to a suite. I had a separate stay for an additional day. Instead of having us move, they were able to accommodate us for the additional day in the same upgraded room.

This property has gone steeply downhill since our last stay here. We come into town every couple of months and this hotel had been our go-to for a couple of years. The morning after we arrived, we saw bright pink lipstick on our fitted bedsheet; not mine as I had no makeup with me. There was also a dark brown-black smear on one of the lampshades. One of the two elevators was broken. The washing machine was out of order as was the ice maker on our floor. Our entire room looked and felt dingy and dirty. Breakfast was adequate and the coffee was good. A couple of staff members were good but the rest were surly. No pride of work or ownership for the most part. This hotel needs a complete overhaul in my opinion. We ended up leaving a day earlier than planned due to the above conditions.

Very clean!!! The staff were great. Very good customer service. Breakfast was decent. The usual free breakfast. I do not mind staying here again. And if you are a travel medical staff for Paoli, this is a good location. 7-10 minutes from the hospital.
