Overall very good, but the carpet smells in the room.

We have been staying at this hotel once every year on our journey from the south to the north and the decline was previously gradual and is now to the point I will not stay here again. The room is dirty - stains from left over food and drink on every surface. The furniture is literally ripped open, the toilet is continually filling and the last occupant’s dirty towels are in the bathroom hanging on the door. I paid for an upgrade to this room and I wish I hadn’t - you stick to the floor as you walk and the usual items (soap etc) were not replaced in the bathroom. If I hadn’t just driven 8 hours with my dog and kids I would have turned around and found a new hotel. Alas, we are stuck here this evening but I will never return again. Such a shame to see the huge decline.

Hotel was out of hot water for my entire 3 night stay. Was helping my parents pack for a move to Charlotte. By the 3rd night after not having a shower i decided to not stay. The hotel is saying there is nothing they can do

Only thing that was wrong really was the bed wasn't very comfortable and the phone did not work room 229.

Average place to stay not too far from RDU. Standard amenities you will find in most Hampton Inn locations. The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly. There were many guests with dogs, which did not bother us but worth noting in case that’s a concern. The carpet and hard surfaces on the first floor had signs of repeated pet accidents. The fire alarm kept going off in the middle of the night, creating quite a disruption, and the breakfast was missing many of the usual items such as bagels and bread. Overall, not terrible but not great. I would personally try another option before returning to this one.

Warm breakfast was excellent and so was the staff. My only complaint was the shower. When i went to shower I discovered I was not able to turn off the lower faucet, it appeared to be broken. Consequently the amount of water to the upper shower head was significantly reduced. It was still functional but marginal. Otherwise a nice place to spent a night.

Room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good, much better than most hotel breakfasts, I believe the staff is really the reason for the delicious hot food! The parking was a bit full. Excellent stay!

Satisfactory hotel. The room was not as nice and the bed was not as luxurious as I usually get from Hampton Inns.
