Clean and mostly quiet. They removed the bus shelter at the corner and that area improved immediately. Close enough to Convention Center, Greektown, and Comerica Stadium.

Clean. Very nice staff. Location is convenient.

房間面積很大，帶廚房設施。毛巾床品白色、國際化，鋪床比較簡易，兩層單子夾一個被裡，容易睡混。廚房用品都比較給力、好用。衞生間洗臉池下水不暢。前台接待員入住辦理很慢，似乎不太熟練，一旦驗證通過態度還是十分友善。酒店在市中心，出行十分方便。連住兩天是不打掃房間的，要求換毛巾也沒有送來。酒店下面有個超市，可以滿足一般需求。

We loved staying at this hotel. We had the studio queen apartment that included a full kitchen, and the whole apartment was very roomy, with high ceilings, large picture windows, and a very tasteful décor. The staff is also very attentive. I'm surprised at the other two negative reviews, because I did not find the place dirty at all. I think they were put off by the location, which -- while across the street from the Westin and the Indigo Hotels -- is on the other side of the tracks, so to speak, meaning right at the bus stop and is thus a bit seedy. But for me, that was no reason to avoid the place. I would definitely stay here again: an excellent value that includes a great view of the Westin and the Indigo Hotel right across the street.

The hotel room was very nice and spacious. The hotel itself is centrally located with easy access to a lot of things. It was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. I love that they offer a keyless entry with their online check in process. We stayed during a busy holiday weekend and scheduled concerts. That keyless check in came in clutch! The line in the lobby was super long and had the guests read their confirmation email and completed the online check in , they would’ve saved themselves the hassle and frustration. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Noisy (think college dorm!). Lack of cleaning (see previous comments about dirty roof fans). Complete lack of front desk organization: took just under 2 hours to check in !!!!! Yes, 2 hours. The are this 'hotel' is in the middle of the homeless quarter. STAY AWAY, DO NOT GO HERE!

NOTE: BEEN STAYING HERE SINCE 2023 - 0CT. 2025 WHEN IT WAS A SONDER. IT CLOSED AND REOPENED AS HOTEL HOUZE SOMETIME IN 2026. I stayed here for a concert over 4th of July weekend. VERY BUSY so I get they were overwhelmed. Arrived Friday night, queen room that sleeps 4. Hall light in room was super dim like night light, couch visibly dirty and disheveled, half empty drink in fridge, dirty dish in cabinet, no forks in drawer (but all other silverware there), no back on remote control - fully taped to hold batteries, room floor sticky and dusty (made sure to wear slippers or socks at all times), cleanable stains outside bathroom shower edge, stains on bathroom walls, etc. WORST OF ALL sheets were dirty with debris at feet UNDER THE COVERS and stains on sheets AND pillow cases had just been flipped over bc 3/4 were stained with makeup on other side. Had to go to front desk and get new sheets and change my own sheets at 2 am. Texted app per front desk instructions and told them of issues. "Deep Cleaning" person sent to room next day - I was out when he arrived and returned while he was working so I left again to give him time and also gave him a bottle of wine I was carrying and asked him to put it in my fridge since my floor was supposedly wet and I couldn't enter my room. Returned an hour later to my room looking EXACTLY the way I'd left it that morning, bed unmade, dirty sheets I'd changed still in pile on floor, dishes I'd put in dishwasher night before still in dishwasher, bathroom stains still there on floor near shower, small dead bugs still on kitchen windowsill, no new towels, floor stills sticky AND wine NOT in fridge. immediately told housekeeping staff that was in the hallway, someone who seemed like a manager, named Rami, looked in room and first said "oh we don't clean your room during visits" (I know that they charge a $35 fee now for requested light cleaning) but I told him about the sheets the night before and how dirty room was at check in and that the "deep cleaning" guy WAS actually there earlier in response to issues and this is how the room still looks. THEN he apologized and said the guy was "new" and maybe "didn't know" what to clean???? I also told him my wine was missing. By now it was 4pm on 7/3 and my concert doors opened at 5:30 so I needed to be in my room to start getting ready. Rami said he would get my room taken care of but they couldn't do it after 6pm which is when I would be gone because house keeping wouldn't be there. I said ok just get it taken care of the next day. I heard nothing else from him or anyone else the remainder of my stay which was through Monday 7/6. Though they did promptly bring my wine back to me. After the concert I went to front desk to ask for 4 more towels since there weren't enough in room of the occupancy of the room and since I had to use a set to cover the surface of the bathroom floor that was filthy and was told "I can give you 2". Staff member was clearly overwhelmed and was

Not clean. No heat in the room. Staff not caring or helpful.
