Fantastic stay! Staff is very friendly. The view from the hotel on the mountain is gorgeous. Would recommend to stay.

小袁和拉姆have been most helpful and hospitable. Golden reflections from snow capped mountain that can seen from inside or a nice balcony of our room. Tasteful decoration and working amenities.

The hotel has the best location in Yading village in my opinion. It's located right at the bus stop no. 3 - very comfortable as you don't have to drag your luggages around. It even has a lovely tiny garden in front of the lounge area which make the view look even prettier from the lounge/reataurant. The rooms are facing Xiannairi mountain and Chonggu temple. We can just chill in the room while enjoying the snow capped mountain view The room has heating floor, humidifier and oxygen generator, making you feel comfortable during the stay. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, especially the lady at the front desk. Most importantly, their restaurant cooked many good dishes and they serve coffee! I will definitely stay here if I come back to Yading village.

We are very satisfied with the smart room features, like toilets, AC, curtains and light system and oxygen generator. All works well during our stay. Our room balcony looks out to the 2 out of 3 holy moutains and offers a great star gazing view at night. The staff are attentive, accomodating and very friendly. They welcomed us at bus stop number 3 to guide us to the hotel, flagged down the sightseeing bus for us to go to the park and later back to the ticket office. During winter, almost all nearby hotels/restaurants are closed, this hotel offers lunch and dinner as well so we didn't have to go anywhere. Laundry service was provided for free. Their breakfast was nice and very filling.

Pros: Friendly and helpful boss/staff; good access to self-serve laundry; located very close to oxygen clinic; fantastic view and very clean rooms; meals available for purchase in-house; decent coffe Cons: Breakfast starts a little too late at 0730. Attention to detail could be improved: we had requested for an earlier (0700) breakfast on checkout day and the staff had accepted. Despite a reminder the night before, there was no breakfast and no one around at 0700 the next morning so we had to embark on a 3hr journey with no food. Housekeeping was also lacking: beds were not made properly and amenities were not refilled.

All's fantastic. Location, surrounding, value of money, especially hotel owner, Steve's hospitality. 10 minutes bus ride to reach the starting points of both trekking routes.

After 8 days in China, including stays at renowned 5-star hotels in Lijiang and Shangrila, we can confidently say that the service at Zenview Yading beats them all. While the national park location and view are stunning, the owner, Mr. Steve, is the true hidden gem of the region. His English skills are exceptional—far beyond any hotel staff we encountered in China—making communication effortless. Even more valuable is his infectious passion for the mountains, which made our short visit to Yading absolutely perfect and unforgettable. Recommendation: Zenview Yading is an absolute must-stay. Pros: Great location, beautiful view from the room, nicely decorated room, and helpful staff. Cons: There are few staff members, so cleanliness might not always be perfect. Also, since we’re foreigners, the local-style breakfast wasn’t quite to our taste. Overall, it was a good stay — we’d stay here again if we have the chance.
