在去紐黑文的路上選酒店，看到一些評論有點猶豫是否應該選這個酒店，後來也沒有太好的選擇，還是訂了這家酒店。結果非常滿意，酒店的花園很美，不是每家酒店都會花精力打理花園的花。房間很乾凈，床也很舒服。特別是洗手間我感覺跟4星5星的酒店都差不多。酒店的前台也很nice。我很少評論，但是還是願意花時間來寫上幾句。

酒店很乾凈，早餐豐富

This hotel is absolutely fabulous. The staff are all so friendly, and helpful. There's Brittany, the manager who always has a smile on her face.Nicole, who works in the sales department who is wonderful also. So friendly and kind...The front desk staff, Elizabeth, Krisoff, Madeline and others..The breakfazt staff are always pleasant and helpful..Sara, Ismenia, Kailey and Stacy..also...maintenence Nelson and Jacob... Andrea keeps a close eye on housekeeping always willing to assist. The hotel is kept immaculately clean and they service your room every two days... we have been here for two weeks so far and absolutely love it. We are out of our home because of a water damage problem.. Highly recommend this hotel ... Hilton Garden Inn Danbury, Connecticut. After a long day of travel it was a pleasure to stay here. Just off the interstate and easy to find. Room was clean and very comfortable. Loved the view of the woods. Loved having a couch. Also appreciated that we could sign in and stream our own shows from the TV in the room. Very quiet and very dark for sleeping. One thing unusual to note is that the bed was particulary high. I am short and when I got up in the middle of the night I felt like I almost needed a running jump to get back in bed. This was not a deal breaker. One of the nicest rooms we had on our New England tour.

We used the Hilton Garden Inn for a wedding block and we were very happy with our choice! The hotel check in was smooth, Jillian helped us through the whole process, and brunch Sunday morning was great.

When we checked in they gave us 2 tickets that we thought were for breakfast, we paid 300.00 plus for a room, so we thought it was complimentary. Not so, that was 20.00 for the buffet, each. The hotel is not conducive for a handicapped person. There is only one elevator, they need at least three. We were put in a room that was farthest from of it and they were told my wife is handicapped. Two floors had broken ice machines, including ours. I ordered a Cobb Salad that was not a Cobb. They substituted the tomatoes and egg with bacon. It is not conducive for people traveling with pets. We were on the 3rd floor and they had sprayed poison all over the lawns which obviously can be harmful to our dogs. The staff was also rude and unaccommodating. We are also part of the Hilton Honors Program. Didn’t really do anything for us. We definitely would not recommend this hotel.

The location is good. Very close to I 84. However, there were quite a few things I disliked about this hotel. The lobby and rooms were very warm. I had considered having dinner in the restaurant, but the temperature in the lobby must have been close to 80 degrees F. The room was a bit tight and warm as well. My room was situated adjacent to the elevator. I was awoken at 11:30 PM by a group of people having a conversation about their plans for tomorrow outside the elevator. It was so loud that it sounded like they were IN my room. There was no continuous fan option on the heat/AC system, and the AC did not make the room very cold. I did not sleep well at all. Parking is very crowded. The staff was not unkind, but not exactly friendly. They seemed indifferent about the guests, and not very happy to be at work.

We didn't get here till about 11.30/12 midnight, due to having to change hotels at the last minute for reasons I rather not divulge! Upon arrival, Sherlie was fantastic! She could see that emotions were running high, especially from myself, Mom, as we were in CT for a funeral. We had been traveling all day from FL and when we encountered the problem in the other hotel, Holiday Inn Express to be precise, it was already late. Sherlie took it upon herself to make us comfortable by finding a great room, even with a wedding party booked in too and also gave me a mini bottle of Prosecco! We can't praise her enough, she went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable! Definitely recommend staying here! Thanks Sherlie!!

This place is awesome!! Staff are very friendly and nice! Rooms are clean and beds comfortable too!
