They really take care of this property. Phenomenal maintenance. This is the BLUEPRINT for Homewoods.

The breakfast was amazing and the host was very friendly. She even gave me a small tray to take coffee back to my room. Front desk service normal. Room a tad but rundown. Overall a great stay with great value.

The staff was courteous. I really appreciated that. However, I wished that I’d known that they were not going to have water in the building for 2 of my nine days. Also, the bed we were in, had a horrible mattress. I did address this with the staff via texting. She said that all of their beds were like that. In this case, I won’t be returning.

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel was absolutely spotless. Comfortable bed, delicious breakfast, friendly staff- what more could you ask for? We will stay here again!

Breakfast was wonderful. Great selection. Room was spacious and beautiful. Loved the pool area as well. Definitely recommend staying here! Amazing customer service to top it off. Staying here on my next time in Sept of this year yo Phoenix!

Friendly staff, great breakfast, nice room layout. Noticed a few minor things not working perfectly due to property getting older.

It was my first trip to the Phoenix area. This is a very convenient location visiting the south and east valley. It is close to the Fashon Mall, 101, and 202. I had a 1 King Bed Studio Suite. The room was clean and in pretty good condition except for a 'ghost' dresser drawer and the shower door. The drawer would open on its own. I ended up just not using that drawer. The shower door did not open smoothly. There is no in-room safe. The front desk staff was nice. Breakfast was good and have slight changes daily. I haven't stayed at a Homewood suites for at least 6-7 years. I didn't know about they no longer have daily happy hour! A Manager Happy Hour is only on Wed night, no hot food. One of the 2 computers was broken for at least a week. There were filter water next to the ice machine on each floor. My checked-in staff didn't mention this but I overheard about it when I was at the front desk on a later day.

The staff was phenomenal! My trip was eventful with chaos to say the least, the assistant manager (i didn’t get her name )and Steve were the BEST! They helped me beyond imaginable with such kindness. The rooms were very clean. The suites were spacious. Thank you Steve for working with me on everything I needed.!
