I liked the location and room. It is always clean

First of all it was cheap, ok? I know that. But when service ****** what do they expect, I'll say? The guy in the morning was a ******** both times I checked in. And the "***" in the early evening was a rag. The internet ****** big time, and we told them. Nothing was done about it. Rather, they gave us a "snarky" attitude every time we had any communication. Quit your jobs if you can't handle SOCIAL INTERACTIONS! Do you know the meaning of the hotel and hospitality industry. Key word "hospitality"? Place is ran like crap. Plenty of parking. Breakfast is basic. Coffee basic. Rooms are all like microtells worldwide. Stay at your own risk. Cheap hotels attract the bottom of the ladder, both clients and employees.

My boyfriend who is a military veteran with 31 years of service was the one who checked us in. When he went to enter the lobby at 3:30 in the afternoon he found the doors to be locked. He had to ring the doorbell 3xs before the front desk clerk Claudia came and answered the door. She opened the door and immediately demanded to see his license. No pleasantries prior to demanding his license. When he questioned why she needed to see his license she responded with that it was there policy to take licenses before admitting entry and what does it matter since he has to give it to her anyways to check in. He handed his license to her and was admitted into the lobby to complete the check in. During the check in process he informed her he had his service dog with him. At this time the dog was in the car with me. She proceeded to walk into the back and grab a piece of paper where she questioned him on why he needed a service dog and what exactly does the dog do. When he answered her questions she rudely informed him he was answering them wrong. He was baffled on how he was answering them wrong since the questions were about the dog, what she does, and how she performs the tasks. After lecturing him on how he was not answering the questions correctly she tells him that they are pet friendly hotel and have pet friendly rooms. She stated to him that she would be putting him in one of the pet friendly rooms. We get to our room and it is a run of the mill budget friendly hotel room. Which suites us fine because we are just spending one night here. However our room had a horrible smell of sewer off and on throughout the night in it. They state that they complimentary Internet but it was inconsistent and kept kicking us off of it. Claudia definitely needs to rehone her customer service skills and have better training on how to approach an owner in regards to their service animal. She also needs additional training on interacting with the public and those who have a disability whether it is physical or mental. My boyfriend has severe PTSD and anxiety and this interaction after him driving over 6 hours today led much to be desired.

The manager was so helpful, took care of all of my problems and help me out my situation. Place is very clean and very good for the price

A good place for the price. Generally well kept property. Room was a bit small but comfortable for a single person. However, the air conditioning was a bit noisy.

Excellent stay! This was the last hotel on a 30 day roadtrip and it was our favorite hotel for the price range. Beautiful interior and nice modern rooms. My son loved the window bench! I’d definitely recommend this hotel if passing through.

The hotel is q true gem just on interstate 57 before the I74 interstate junction. It was very clean and comfortable. They have surprisingly nice amenities. They have guest laundry. Tony the front door personnel made it thatch nicer. He's very good with customer service. I will definitely comeback again .

This hotel had a room for me at a very good price, and I found everything was in order. The room was clean, had everything I needed, the breakfast was fine and the coffee was there 24/7.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. I stayed one night, and it met my expectations. Nothing special, but I got good value.
