Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Champaign North, IL

Newly renovated rooms, super bedding. Very quiet, breakfast was typical , but all in all good, would definitely recommend, price another plus,

Super helpful and honest staff was a game changer and made our one night stay very nice. Great breakfast!

I would rate this room 5 stars except for the stinky air from the room’s AC/Heater unit. It blew stinky air the entire night! Ugh

Very well-maintained property! The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful at check-in. The rooms had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. All areas of the hotel were extremely clean and taken care of.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The water pressure for the shower was good. Nice variety choices for breakfast. Only issue I had was in the morning when checking out she wouldn’t print my receipt stating I booked my room thru *******, only to find out the same person printed a receipt for my sister a few minutes before and she had also went thru *******.. otherwise everything else was fine.

If you’re looking for a hotel that nails the basics and then casually throws in cookies, the Country Inn in Champaign is your place. Check-in was smoother than the gravy on the breakfast biscuits, and we were greeted with warm cookies—which is basically the hospitality equivalent of a hug from grandma. The next morning, breakfast came through clutch: waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravy, and coffee that was not only drinkable but actually enjoyable. That’s a rare hotel breakfast achievement worthy of a standing ovation. The bed was comfortable enough that I briefly considered extending my stay indefinitely. Plenty of TV channels kept the remote busy, and the location is fantastic—surrounded by enough restaurants that deciding where to eat was the hardest part of the trip. Checkout may have been the easiest I’ve ever experienced. No lines, no hassle, no awkward front desk small talk. Just a quick text and a “piece out” as we hit the road. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, easy check-in and checkout, solid breakfast, and cookies. What more could you want? Highly recommend. Would absolutely stay here again—and yes, I’d come back for the cookies alone.

Staff was excellent. Pool was not warm enough to suit me but the kids had a good time. Water was perfectly maintained and clear.

Great place to stay! Traveling cross country and it was one of the best places we stayed.

Incredibly kind staff and always very helpful and accessible. The breakfast in the morning is a nice addition and helpful for me who was traveling for work. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the bathrooms were nice. Have stayed at this location a few times for work and have always been very satisfied.
