Baymont by Wyndham Champaign

It's been a while since I have traveled using motels. Motel 6's, motel 8's and such. I had to drive to Hannibal, Missouri. Searching for a motel to stay at, along the way, I found Sleep Inn. I was a little leary but thought I would give them a try. I reserved a 1 night, King Suite with sofa - no smoking room. The first thing I always look for is the exterior, looked well keep. Next is the lobby and that looked ok. I'm thinking, ok, here goes. Went to our room and I was floored. It looked liked it had just been renovated and I was the first to use it. I got out my fine tooth comb and could not find one thing out of place. Fantastic. I have stayed in some 4 and 5 hotels that couldn't compare. The breakfast was great. Eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles and the works. $121.97 If I ever have to go thur champaign again this is my stop.

The Bathroom and towels had hair all over them place smelled bad the Jacuzzi was dirty never again

We rented the room for our daughter’s graduation and it served its purpose. Not too many bells and whistles, but property was good for the graduation weekend price.

Location was close to everything. Rooms were very nice, although maid service was not daily. Quiet. Breakfast was okay.

I loved the room. It was very clean and updated at the breakfast in the morning was pretty basic but nice to have.

The staff was friendly at check in/out and the modern room was clean and decorated beautifully. I would recommend this hotel! The shower was luxurious and they had good quality towels. The only part that could use improvement was the breakfast. The potatoes were cold and I couldn’t see any hot water to make the oatmeal. They only offered one type of fruit and no bananas. The kitchen microwave didn’t function like a typical one and took some time to figure out the button functions while I was really hungry. Overall, we weren’t interested in eating the breakfast the next day due to these factors.

The hotel and room feel brand new—very clean with bright lighting throughout. There are plenty of upgrades and great amenities, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. We’d love to stay here again next time.

The breakfast was fresh. And for me being a coffee drinker, they always have coffee , which is a plus for me especially since I am an earlier riser.
