Premier Inn Cambridge East (Newmarket Road)

Very nice hotel .

The bathroom had a lot of mold on the ceiling so we had to request a change of room. This had less mold than the previous room but was still there. The shower stop was empty, towels not clean. Overall bad experience.

For the price i paid for the hotel is worth it. Located a short distance from Cambridge city centre but its easily can walk 5mins to bus stop and ride there. Staff was very helpful. With air conditioning its really a good place to stay.

I picked Premier Inn for its location. The room is spacious, but the window was shut and it smelt a bit stuffy. Towels were not changed for sustainability reasons which I approve, but cleaning service is not a default (which is a bit surprising for the price, and for having a room that easily smells like carpet).

The staff are friendly but there are small flies in the room.

Nice hotel, walking distance from the river, great for staying near the University or going punting.

Room is big and very clean, very good hotel.

Friendly service and clean comfortable bed, about 15/20 mins walk to the centre

Helpful staff as we find our room is very noisy with the air-conditioner, he came to our room very soon. Good breakfast and refill very fast, comfortable and quiet room with good sleep.
