When you spend €7,000 for 3 people for an 11-day stay, you expect a high-end, stress-free resort experience. Instead, you are nickel-and-dimed at every turn (an extra €110 just for a third beach bed with umbrella, plus €82.50 for beach towels) and subjected to a continuous stream of frustrations, terrible hygiene, and hostile staff. ​To be fair, there were a few minor positives: the room's shower and air conditioning worked well, and the sandy beach and warm sea are lovely. However, even the private beach comes with a catch: large piles of decaying brown Posidonia seaweed cover the shoreline, making the water so murky that we constantly walked 500 meters down to the public beach just to swim in clear water. ​The list of failures far outweighs any positives: ​Mass-feeding dining room: Meals feel like being crammed into a chaotic feeding trough. Over 800 guests are squeezed into strict 1.5-hour timeslots in a giant, deafening dining hall surrounded by screaming babies and kids running wild. If you look away for a second, the staff clears your plate before you're even finished. The food itself is mediocre—dominated by basic meat and pasta dishes—and desserts like tiramisu at the buffet were sometimes served completely frozen inside. ​Hostile and judgmental bar staff: The evening bar staff consists of arrogant men who treat guests like an annoyance. After dinner, they routinely served half-empty cups of tea, ignoring requests to fill them. Ordering a cappuccino after 11:00 AM earns you open judgment; one bartender condescendingly told me “not to come to his hometown trying to order a cappuccino after 11:00 AM because you won't get one.” ​Appalling housekeeping and hygiene: Housekeeping was a complete disaster. We regularly ran out of toilet paper, shower gel dispensers stayed empty for days, and I had to walk down the hallway myself to hunt down clean towels. The "Do Not Disturb" sign was ignored. Dogs are allowed without any enforcement—I even caught a dog sitting directly on the gym mats where guests exercise, while dogs left alone in rooms barked incessantly. ​Lack of basic amenities: No functioning Wi-Fi in the rooms (only available at reception), heavy cigarette smoke constantly drifting from neighboring balconies, and ashtrays scattered everywhere. ​Insane noise levels: Forget about relaxing on the beach. You are blasted by three competing sound sources at once, screaming animation staff ("Jogo aperitivo!") shouting between the sunbeds, and—to top off the absurdity—an entertainer dressed as Santa Claus roaming the beach in 30°C+ heat. ​This resort is drastically overpriced, poorly managed, and treats paying guests with utter contempt. Save your money and peace of mind, and book anywhere else.

Did what is a regular Tui bus trip & the bus parked nearby outside. Popped my head in this hotel with my partner, before we visited the beach & decided to give the gift shop a visit. Having selected some fridge magnets, & some postcards as many people do, our purchases were rejected by the rather sour faced female assistant, because we were not residents, which she only discovered after asking to see my armband, as I was wearing a denim jacket. My partner’s was clearly showing even when she entered the shop but she was not challenged either until we tried to pay for our goods. A red one at the time would have done the job. I knew by now what the answer was going to be if we ordered a beer at the bar, but that was a lot more understandable. Just stick a ‘private hotel guests only’ sign on the wall where I had just walked in. Problem solved. Is that really so difficult?

The hotel is very nice, clean, the staff is helpful, sometimes there is a problem with English at the reception. The big problem is the unusable beach, the piles of rotting sea grass and the constant noise from the loaders trying to clean it up. It failed in 14 days and I assume it will last the whole season. Another problem during our stay was the insolvency of FTI :( , The hotel wanted to immediately pay the entire stay or leave the hotel, even though I paid it in full on April 24 directly to FTI. I consider this behavior of the hotel as a failure of the management and their illegal actions, they treat tourism as hostage, while it is a problem of the hotel and the travel agency with which they have a contract, they can subsequently collect from the insurance company. I did not pay anything.

We had the pleasure of hosting our wedding reception at Torre Moresca. The staff hosted several of our friends and family members and made the weekend unforgettable - from the food, to the entertainment and the general atmosphere. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, and you can't beat how close to the beach the hotel is. The staff was welcoming and helpful from the first steps of wedding planning, answering any of our queries and helping us shape the day exactly as we wanted it, up until the day after the big day, helping our guests get to their final destinations and providing any support they might need. Could not recommend this place enough - be it for weddings, or for your next stay! Thanks to all the staff for making us feel so well looked after :)

For the amount of paid, its the worst holiday ive been on so far. Too many people, incredibly loud, we went on 29 june-6 july and the beach was full of algae. The wifi didnt work properly, the food was good but not the best. Its simply not worth it. The resort is beautiful, dont get me wrong, but its just disappointing

La valutazione al ribasso del punteggio trova la sua ragione nel lento, ma costante, decadimento che ha interessato l'Hotel Torre Moresca da, secondo nostra diretta esperienza, almeno cinque anni; peraltro, confermata, ed estesa a periodi ancor più risalenti, da altri clienti sentiti. Nel complesso non si tratta di una struttura in stato disastroso, tutt'altro, non troverete recensione che urlano allo scandalo, tuttavia i suoi punti di forza presentano numerose crepe se paragonati già solo al precedente anno, sulle quali ora ci si sofferma: A. Cucina La ricca proposta di piatti tipici, curati e variegati ha lasciato il posto a un'offerta terribilmente internazionalizzata, ossia abbondante nelle quantità (da cui però notevoli sprechi), ma scadente nella qualità: facile imbattersi nel prosciutto e nel formaggio del giorno prima; dolci ripetuti più volte o comunque composti sempre dagli stessi ingredienti; uso sconsiderato della "crema di latte", alias panna, nei primi piatti. Da aggiungersi, al medesimo destino sono dati i membri del personale di cucina e sala: i camerieri sono in gran parte stranieri non in grado nemmeno di proferire una parola di italiano; gli addetti alla cucina sono dimezzati rispetto allo scorso anno, ne deriva una certa ansia, imposta dagli stessi, al momento della scelta della portata. Si conferma quanto dicono le altre recensioni sulla rumorosità della sala: tutti i clienti sono concentrati all'interno dei due ambienti comuni e in fasce orarie non particolarmente flessibili. B. Animazione Come vi sentireste se le uniche attività proposte fossero, TUTTI I GIORNI, freccette, beach volley e poco altro? E come se il servizio iniziasse solo in tarda mattinata e oltre le quattro del pomeriggio? Anche in questo caso, sono lontani i ricordi dell'animazione precedente: una squadra affiatata, proponente sempre attività diverse, presente ma non invasiva e puntuale pure dal lato umano. Il gruppo d'animazione dell'anno corrente, salvo rare eccezioni, è composto, diciamolo chiaro e tondo, da gente che non crede minimamente in quello che fa: in riva al mare sono dei fantasmi (uno, massimo due, e comunque slegati); non salutano minimamente durante i pasti (la sala è comune anche per loro), arrivando talvolta a ignorare i clienti pure al di fuori; i ragazzi dedicano, evidentemente, la maggioranza delle loro attenzioni alle clienti di giovane età ovvero alle colleghe animatrici (in balia di loro stessi invece gli altri ospiti). Insomma, se non siete amanti degli animatori nei villaggi turistici, vi troverete molto bene! Il tasso di partecipazione alle attività proposte, chissà perché ("c'è crisi" di voglia di impegnarsi, animatori?), rasenta lo zero. Infine, considerata la direzione sempre più focalizzata al solo guadagno, riteniamo opportuno segnalare alcuni aspetti quantomeno "sospetti" della struttura, sui quali però, per ovvi motivi, non si è avuto modo di indagare; quindi seguono considerazioni da prendere con le pinze. - Ciclicamen

tutto bellissimo! animazione spettacolare: ogni sera spettacoli diversi e belli! il mangiare davvero buono, comodo e breve l’arrivo alla spiaggia con un piccolo sentiero da percorrere. ci torneremo di sicuro

Sinceramente non capisco chi recensisce male questa struttura! Partendo dalla pulizia devo dire molto buona,asciugamani cambiati tutti i giorni,lenzuola cambiate a metà settimana,bagno sempre pulito,ambienti comuni puliti. Il mangiare devo dire veramente ottimo,molto vario e con grande abbondanza! Punto mare bellissimo se assente la Poseidonia,noi siamo stati molto fortunati,cmq a pochi metri si trovano sempre spiagge stupende. Non posso valutare l animazione in quanto non ho avuto modo di conoscerla tranne il capo animatore veramente molto simpatico! In poche parole penso assolutamente di tornarci!
