Lotte Hotel Busan

الفندق لا بأس به، موقعه مناسب جداً، لكن الإنترنت بطيء جداً!

Good location which near many eateries and subway. Lotte shopping mall is just below the hotel.

Overall very good, large room and good amenities, with department store in podium, very convenient.

Amazing, classy hotel in a great location, with first class service!

Entrance spacious , very crowded , i had to wait for 40 minutes to check in . Lots of Mitsubishi elevators with nice design . Many exits leads to different roads around the large hotel. Easy access to lotte duty free building Hard working staff with an elegant moves at the concierge . The room i stayed in 2227 had 3 black stains above my bed kept looking at the ceiling . The manager was kind enough to provide a freshen up facility as the time of my departure and the checking out of the room was long. No welcome drink as other hotels. Breakfast is cheap 9 usd if you book it ahead at time.

PROS: Excellent service Strong water from shower Strategic location Gym with new facilities CONS Rooms are dated. In need of a good renovation. The lift lobby outside the room has a smell.

I had a pleasant stay at Lotte Hotel Busan. The location is extremely convenient, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and public transport, making it a great base for exploring Busan. The front desk staff handled the check-in process professionally and efficiently, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The housekeeping team also provided excellent service throughout our stay. The king-size bed was very comfortable, and we enjoyed the beautiful street view of Busan City from our room. The complimentary Nespresso coffee maker was a thoughtful touch and much appreciated. The only area that could be improved is the bath towels, which seemed a little old and overly soft. Replacing them with newer towels would further enhance the overall guest experience. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Busan.

Generally alright. However, for some unknown reason, room cleaning was not done on the second day even though make up room was indicated.

All good except the pool need to pay for usage at 25,000won which is not good value for me.Image a family of 4 using the pool?
