Clean and huge for the apartment booked Poor service amongst most of the Asian countries. Had asked for bottled water and was returned by an irksome tone saying, “it’s already given in your room.” Could have been nicer and mention that each room is only entitled to 2 water bottles.

Spacious, well-equipped smart hotel ideal for tech-savvy travelers comfortable with a 100% self-service system. Pros Comfort & Cleanliness: Spacious, clean, and comfortable room with solid soundproofing for a restful stay. In-Room Amenities: Powerful hairdryer, a full-sized fridge with a proper freezer compartment, and a versatile microwave/oven combo that makes reheating food easy. Something not suggest this. Fully Digital Access: Check-in and check-out are handled entirely via smartphone. Elevator access requires a dynamic QR code—screenshots are unreliable, and weak cellular signal in the elevator area makes loading the page frustrating. Room lights use touch panels with a slight learning curve. The system is not well-suited for seniors or guests unaccustomed to keyless smartphone access. Housekeeping & Communication: During a multi-night stay, housekeeping missed restocking facial tissues. With no in-room phone (only an online AI chatbot), we had to visit the front desk in person. Staff initially doubted the issue before providing a replacement, which felt unwelcoming. Vague Amenity & Water Policies: Written instructions simply state to collect extra towels and bottled water at the front desk, without explaining quotas or extra charges. We only learned about the water dispenser on the 29th floor (which is not open 24 hours) after asking the AI assistant. Breakfast Schedule: Last entry is 9:30 AM, but cleanup begins around 9:40 AM, quickly limiting food options. Arriving by 9:00 AM at the latest is strongly recommended. Self-service tray return is required. With minimal staff interaction beyond requested housekeeping, this property is best suited for independent guests who prefer autonomous digital check-ins. Those traveling with elderly family members or seeking traditional front-desk hospitality may want to consider other options. 優點：空間很大、環境乾淨、入住舒適、隔音不錯、吹風機很強，有冰箱可冷藏冷凍還有一機多用的微波跟烤箱可以加熱。 住宿體驗感不錯，但如果是不習慣全自助，或是無卡用手機刷門禁的可能不太推薦。 這次入住一些比較差的體驗感想： 感覺不太適合老人家入住 自行辦理入住及退房需透過手機處理 電梯需使用QR code通行， 每次進電梯前都要先重新打開QR code， 截圖的話有時候掃的到，有時候不行。 然後電梯內訊號較差會有點難開，小麻煩。 房間電燈都是觸控式面板 研究了一下才知道怎麼開關 然後是因為連續入住，有申請打掃房間， 結果打掃後房內沒有補充桌上紙巾， 沒有電話可以聯繫前台， 只有看到ai回復的幫手， 室友到前台詢問， 前台說有替換一開始沒有要提供的意思， 提出需求卻先被懷疑的感覺不太好， 雖然紙巾問題有得到解決。 然後紙張說明只寫說需要瓶裝水跟毛巾跟前台領取 並未說明需要額外付費，或是一晚僅提供兩瓶，未在紙面說明。感覺應該是提供給連續入住沒有打掃的房客領取使用，入住並未說明。 需詢問飯店AI助理才知道可以上29F飲水機裝水， 且非24小時可裝水。 然後早餐最後入場時間是9：30 基本上東西都還有，但是大概9：40就開始徹餐，選擇越來越少，建議大家最晚9：00就要到比較好，然後餐盤也是自助回收。 所以服務的部分基本上除了連續入住要申請的打掃服務，基本沒有，所以我無法評價，幾乎都是自助詢問求解。

Nice location, convenient check in, clean room and spacious, but the electronic system at elevator and room level makes the experience a bit inconvenient when the WiFi connection is weak or unstable (the photos are taken at check out)

The location not so convenient as need to walk many stairs case to train station. The staff in the hotel were not so helpful 😪

Great location and spacious room, actually an apartment equipped with the basics. Daily room cleaning is available upon request the night before, but sometimes the cleaners forgot to finish their work, e.g. they just left the rubbish bag without fixing to the bin. No utensils just 2 cups even the room is equipped with oven n cooking stove. Very good sound insulation even the hotel is located right next to the highways. Comfy bed. One thing to complain about is the hot water supply in the shower room is very unstable. Sometimes we get boiling hot water instantly, but sometimes it’s just room temperature water even though we left the tap opened for like at least 10min. Overall it’s good for value, except for the shower issue.

I stayed at this hotel in Busan for one night and overall had a good experience. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the location was very convenient within walking distance of many stores. There were some initial issues with self check-in, but the front desk staff were helpful and quickly resolved everything. The complimentary breakfast was quite decent and a nice added bonus. The only downside was the hot water, which was occasionally unstable and switched between hot and cold. Overall, a solid and comfortable stay with good value and helpful service.

Conveniently located within 7 mins walking distance to 3 metro stations. Lots of shopping places and restaurant nearby. Jeonpo Cafe Street is also nearby. Big disappointment in room service. Asked for shampoo and body wash 3 times over chat and app service, no reply. Next morning, had to go and ask for it over the counter. Rubbish and trash wasn't cleared for 2 days. Had to place them outside the room along the corridor for house keeping to clear. Another downside, appreciate complimentary breakfast, but the dishes were the same throughout my 5 night stay.

Would be better if staff are more friendly and helpful or able to speak English.
