هيلتون اوستين

Location is good but surroundings seems not so good, with a lot of construction sites around and homeless can be found at gate of the hotel. Very hard to give a very good rate due to cleanliness. At last night stay, I found this bef blankets was with BLOOD.

The staff was not helpful for the Check-in. The room was not what we booked. Althogh we paid the extra 50$ for early check-in. The faucet in the bath tub was tricking. The stay was unpleasant.

It was in a perfect location. The pool and hot tub were very nice. The room was extremely clean.

This hotel was very clean and in a decent area. There were plenty of places to eat around the hotel and some bars. Staffing was perfect as well and I would definitely stay again.

Very convenient location and reasonable price

Watch out, if youre not a Hilton card member holder, they dont serve well. Only shampoo, conditioner and body wash they have at the bathroom, requested toothbrush at 8am and was told itll take 30mins as there was no housekeeping on duty. Also, we were stucked at the parking elevator as we head out.

Broken elevator/ no vanity set

TODO SUPER BIEN

位置還不錯，但是房間比較陳舊，樓下居然是個大工地，很早開工，早餐收費很高，東西很少，不建議定早餐
