I want to start by saying that the staff at this hotel were genuinely wonderful — consistently warm, welcoming, and clearly doing their best. My room was also cleaned regularly and kept in good condition, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the overall experience was let down by a number of issues that seem to stem from management rather than the staff. The water in the room had a strong chlorine taste, and at one point the water supply was shut off entirely. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud, and even when switched off there was a constant humming noise in the room. The windows don’t open and also fail to block outside noise, which made it difficult to get proper rest. During my stay, both the pool and gym were closed. The hotel initially offered complimentary breakfast and an evening social as compensation, which was a thoughtful gesture — until it was suddenly restricted only to guests on the fifth floor. This created an uncomfortable “two‑tier” atmosphere that felt unfair and awkward, especially for the staff who had to enforce it. There were also moments that felt unprofessional, such as the owner filming inside a refurbished area while guests were present. It felt intrusive and inappropriate, but also uncomfortable to address at the time. On arrival, communication at the front desk was difficult due to an accent I genuinely couldn’t understand, which made check‑in more stressful than it needed to be. Overall, the room itself was standard and the staff were lovely, but the stay was overshadowed by noise issues, water problems, and some very odd management decisions. The location isn’t ideal either, though the Mexican restaurant “Veracruz” around the corner is excellent.

Clean room. Most of the staff was great. Super friendly. Was a little disappointed to find out as I was on the plan heading to Augusta that the pool was closed and being renovated. Also couldn’t seem to find an option for room service but I know they have it. All in all a good stay. I will definitely stay again.

Quick one-night visit to Augusta. Sheraton was clean, quiet, and convenient. Lauren the bartender was exceptional!

We had an excellent experience at this hotel. Although part of the property was under construction, the hotel graciously offered us complimentary drinks to make up for the inconvenience, which was a thoughtful gesture. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The facilities were spotless, and our room was beautiful, comfortable, and well-appointed. Overall, our stay exceeded expectations, and we would not hesitate to return. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Hotel in Augusta, Georgia and had a really great experience. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well kept, which made my stay smooth and relaxing. What really stood out to me, though, was the outstanding customer service from the overnight front desk clerk, Jordan. Jordan was professional, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. It’s not often you run into someone who takes that much pride in helping guests, especially during overnight hours, and it definitely didn’t go unnoticed. Because of Jordan’s excellent service and the overall quality of the hotel, I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Augusta.

Very nice hotel hit it when they were getting ready of the Masters, little renovations for Masters but still really nice.
