Fairfield Inn & Suites Augusta Washington Rd./I-20

Just stayed the one night, but friendly staff and a nicer-than-your-everyday lobby made me feel welcome. A large room, decent bed and excellent shower were all that was needed, and were delivered. Reluctantly I have to take one star off for some threadbare towels and an old-style air con unit which gurgled loudly through the night and seemingly couldn’t be turned off. Probably could have been dealt with if I’d stayed longer but, hey. All in all though, would recommend!

Spotless room-fluffy towels-comfortable bed—1st floor was quiet! My husband enjoyed the breakfasts. This Fairfield should be an example to others to show off

Jada D at the front desk on the evening shift on April 5, was amazing. I was booked in a different hotel and badly needed to changed hotels and secure a room at the Fairfield In & Suites in Augusta. Jada was patient, efficient, super nice and went above and beyond to coordinate with the booking department and make sure I had a wonderful room for the entire week. Throughout my entire stay until the following Monday, April 13, Jada was kind, courteous, and incredibly helpful - always with a smile. She is a wonderful member of the Marriott team and an outstanding credit to the Marriott organization. I look forward to my next stay at the Augusta, Georgia Fairfield Inn & Suites on Washington Road.

I booked this hotel for a weekend bowling tournament. Staff was nice and the hotel was very clean. Will definitely be booking this hotel again.

Nice and clean. AC was cold! Breakfast was good and plentiful. Bed was very comfy!

The mattress on the pullout couch and sheets on the bed in the room were not clean. I visited the gym, there were no towels and no wipes to clean any of the machines. I went to the restroom across from the gym (7:30 am) and there was no toilet paper or paper towels to dry my hands.

Front desk was kind and courteous. Hotel is well maintained and clean. Breakfast buffet good. Would recommend.

Coffee maker was broken, room had not been vacuumed in quite some time. I communicated the issue to the desk manager that morning along with a request for room service at 7am nothing had been done by 6pm when i returned. When i called to the desk about the issue the attendant i spoke woth was combative about my concerns. Maintenance was incredible. He was friendly switching out the coffee maker and made a point to wave me down to confirm that the replacement was working when i went down to the lobby to meet my delivery driver. His follow through and dedication made a huge difference in my experience. The two hour timer on the fridge is just insulting but thats a corporate call, a very poor one at that
