Stayed at the Partridge Inn last weekend and it did not disappoint. Beautiful historic property on Walton Way — well-maintained, great atmosphere, and a staff that actually knows what they’re doing. Breakfast alone is worth the stay. The grits and pancakes were standout — exactly what you want after a good night’s sleep in a comfortable, well-appointed room.

NEVER AGAIN !!! I drove to Augusta from Flowery Branch, Ga. For business. I drove out early because I wanted to work out in the gym and then get settled in my room. While checking in, I was informed that the gym is under construction. I wish I would have known that because l wouldn't have left home early or I would have picked a different hotel. The gym I go to is LA fitness and that is not an option in Augusta. The lady at the front desk said " at least the air conditioner works" lol, wow!!! So l decided just to go to my room and get some work done on my laptop .... Then I realize that the Wi-Fi wasn't working.. I proceeded to call the front desk, but then I find that the room phone isn't working. I tried to turn on the lights on the nightstand and you guessed it, neither one of those lights were working. I then got my laptop and went downstairs to the front desk to get some kind of resolution. I proceeded to tell them that the phone in the room wasn't working and neither one of the lights were working. They couldn't care less !!!! I wasn't offered a different room, Not even " oh no, we are sorry about that" .... Absolutely nothing, as if I hadn’t said anything at all. I got back up to my room up to my room and then I see a spider crawling on the bed. Then I took a shower AND NO SOAP in the dispenser and I couldn't call to tell anyone !!! I also didn't get any sleep because you can hear everything going on in the hall. The insulation is lacking on the door. You can see the light from the hall from under the door. There's a huge gap from the door jam. Needless to say, I will never EVER stay here again .. EVER. Horrible customer service. One good thing and the only positive thing is the bed is comfortable. Nothing looks like the pictures posted online. I stayed one night 6/15/2026.... l was going to book for a future business trip, but, NOPE, not EVER.

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip, as that’s where my coworkers were staying. Lovely hotel. Very clean and comfortable. The only disappointment was parking. It was limited and $25/day. The staff was fantastic. The shuttle driver was great! Nice rooftop bar. All around great 3 day trip. Highly recommend!

Thank you to the sales manager Jessica. You were absolutely wonderful to work with for the wedding reception on the roof top May 23rd. We were hired by the bride to do the flowers. From our first meeting You were so easy to talk to and made us feel welcomed. You answered the phone every time we called and text us back immediately (no matter what random time) when we had questions. You were there for us. I will recommend any bride to have a wedding reception at the Partridge Inn on the rooftop. Thank you again Jessica for helping us make the reception a success. Hope to see you again soon. Bell started our stay off with some serious Southern hospitality at dinner at the 8595. She was quite delightful, and the food was delicious! Broderick ended our evening by the pool with some personal conversation of local interest. He overheard me at the front desk seeking decaf coffee pods. He stepped up and offered to look for some extra pods. Very personable and courteous gentleman. Made me smile. This place is full of Southern charm. Come visit!

This Inn was so cute! We were celebrating our daughter’s graduation from PA School and decided to stay here and it did not disappoint! The amazing rooftop bar was spectacular with the views and cocktails! Alex was the sweetest waitress for our amazing breakfast. And the best employee is Broderick! He showed us around and gave us a little tour of the Inn adding a little “ghost story of Emily” as well! 😉 Thak you Broderick you’re the best! 😍

Just got back from a stay at The Partridge Inn in Augusta and honestly, can’t recommend it enough. Quaran at the front desk was so sweet and helpful — even gave us some great tips on local things to do while we were in town, which we really appreciated. Our room was super clean too, shoutout to Yadira for that, she clearly takes pride in her work! The view up at the rooftop bar was amazing, definitely a highlight of the trip. We ended up going up a couple times just to hang out and take it all in. Overall such a great experience — great staff, clean rooms, and that rooftop view made it extra special. Will definitely be back!

My experience was great Broderick and Mimi was great very professional the food was great. Recommend 10 out of 10
