Best Western Plus Augusta Hotel

Good place for the price/value. Great convenient location to dining, shopping and interstate access. The staff were all great, pleasant and efficient. The breakfast options were good and presented well. The only negatives were my bathroom fan made a terrible noise for several minutes that I worried would disturb my neighbors but it stopped after several minutes. I also see this property starting a slow decline and I have stayed here often before and this makes me sad.

It was a great value, the food was excellent. The only trouble I had was the cleaning service didn't make it to us and I had to go find dry towels

Our stay at BW in Augusta was very pleasant considering the situation. We were spending days with a family member in Augusta Piedmont. It was easy to get there and worth it. Their prices were very reasonable and the beds were very comfortable.

I booked and fully paid for a room with two queen beds a full month in advance for my family of four, and this hotel simply did not honor the reservation. Even after I called days before arrival to reconfirm, we arrived after a long drive to find a room with only one bed. No warning, no solution. The front desk gave a quick “apology” and blamed ******* instead of taking responsibility, even though the hotel had every opportunity to notify me earlier in the day. We had to cancel and scramble to find another hotel late at night at a higher cost. Completely unacceptable. This property clearly does not care that it breached the contract or how it treats its customers. Management needs to address how this hotel handles confirmed reservations and guest communication.

They stopped serving breakfast at 9 which is very unusual. My toilet had hair in it that I had to flush. The bathtub had dead bugs and the floor had not been swept.

Enjoyed my stay. Loved the full breakfast and free parking! Definitely would book again for future travel.

Tub was clogged up and ask to fix but never showed up , Thermostat battery was low and told them and it kept going from cool to heat all night .

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here.
