Terrible experience. 1. You took a $100 authorization in addition to my room, that has not been returned. When I stay at HILTON properties this does not happen. 2. Your parking lot is horrible and only has a total of four handicap parking spaces that are remotely near the front door. I’ve had 11 back surgeries in fourteen months and desperately needed close access, but none available. HOWEVER, you have the audacity to reserve up front adjacent to the front doors, TWO parking spots reserved for employees; the manager and the “Director” whatever that means. Again, I have never seen such arrogance at any hotel that reserved parking g at the front doors basically for management! 3. Problem with TV upon Checkin, but corrected. 4. Lousy room, uncomfortable bed that sheet metal frame makes noise with slightest movement. Also, no laundry bag provided. A great deal of noise throughout the night and at early morning; terrible. 5. Breakfast. Or lack thereof. Has to be the skimpyest lackluster breakfast I’ve ever vet encountered at at hotel. You actually highlight your breakfast on your website, but there is just not much to it. False advertisement. The only thing I had was a cup of coffee, however your coffee machines an extremely slow, and takes a great amount of time just to get coffee; I guess these coffee machines are a corporate decision, but they are terribly slow. Also, o have to use honey in coffee and/or tea, but none an available. I can’t use sugar or fake sweeteners. It at all a value proposition or acceptable night’s sleep. Most disappointing.

​Excellent service and extraordinary staff! ​We recently stayed here and want to make a very special mention of the girl who assisted us on Sunday. She is an exceptional and highly active worker; we saw her multitasking across several areas of the hotel. She provided excellent service in the breakfast area and later took care of our room service. ​As part of the housekeeping staff, she is extraordinary. The cleanliness was spotless, and she also surprised us with a beautiful decoration in the room that made my daughter smile from ear to ear. For me, that detail meant everything. ​The hotel management should highly value this kind of talent: this girl absolutely deserves a promotion or a bonus for her great effort and versatility! We will definitely return.

I had a very pleasant 2 night stay. There were some stains around my door and a greasy spot on my floor, but basically clean and comfortable. Very comfortable bed! The pool was nice too! The cookies were good when they were available. Parking in the evening was a nightmare for someone recovering from knee surgery. I didn’t bring my handicap placard so ended up hobbling up the incline from the lower end of the parking lot.

Excellent service, the staff is friendly and attentive. The breakfast area is very clean and well stocked, and the service provided by Ms Lorena is very professional, always has smile, which bringhtens the day. Thanks.

Overall, it was pretty good. The outlet in the bathroom did not work and I find it hard to believe that wasn’t already known. Also, dead batteries in the remote. It was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was good, machine brews ur coffee when u want, beds comfortable. 1 bad thing.. the elevator is the SLOWEST ive ever encountered !! Fix the elevator

Room was clean. A/C was kinda wonky. I was Either freezing or burning up. Staff was very friendly and they had a decent breakfast. One thing I didn't like was the beds in our room were definitely not queen size.

The front desk staff was very helpful! The room was cleaned. The only thing I had an issue with was the elevator. The control panel in the elevator was coming off. The coffee was delicious!

We’ve stayed here for several years to attend the Masters. The rooms are comfortable and the service is terrific. In particular, Yasmin, who manages the hotel, is an incredibly gracious host who really looks after her guests.
