New hotel. Very clean and right near downtown

the staff were top notch. you couldn’t find a better place to stay if you are going to the State Farm Arena for a concert we will definitely stay there again

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Derek and Kat were amazing for checking in and out. The room was clean, comfortable, and had an amazing view. I will definitely stay again! The only complaint I have is regarding the restaurant/bar area. I came back to the hotel from my event hoping to get a late dinner and drink but when I went to be seated I was informed that the restaurant and bar were closed even though this was an hour prior to when the kitchen closed. Thankfully I was able to order room service, but if restaurant/bar hours are different than what’s advertised this should be communicated to guests.

The Hotel Phoenix was amazing! The hotel staff was superb, especially Oshanna (checkout), Santiago and Abraham (bellman) and Derrick (check in) as well as the staff helping us into our vehicles. The terrace was spectacular. Unfortunately the pool was closed when we got there but our two boys loved running around and our oldest thought being close to the stadium was so cool! We ordered dinner from Zephyr and that was also amazing (get the burger!!!). The room was great too! The staff were so friendly and were great to our kids and really tried to make them feel seen and special. We will definitely be back and will recommend to anyone!

Delta got us stuck in Atlanta - horrible. The Phoenix made us feel like we had planned on coming for the most luxurious vacation - incredible. Thank you to this wonderful new hotel and their delightful staff. Location is very cool, rooms are immaculate and brand new, vibe is immaculate. Stay here if you are ever in Atlanta!

The best hotel experience I’ve had. It was my first solo trip and I felt like I was being pampered in luxury! From the service and staff to the upscale ambiance of the hotel was absolutely breathtaking. It’s perfectly located and my Ubers had no issue getting to me. I was originally going to stay at the Ritz Carlton but Hotel Phoenix completely changed my mind and I’m glad they did ! Masai from the hotels restaurant Zephyr was so amazing, personable, and accommodating throughout my whole stay! The front desk was beyond welcoming as well as the coffee bar & restaurant hosts. I would rebook in a heartbeat you truly cannot beat the price for this level of luxury and accommodation. Thank you for making my first solo trip memorable !!

This hotel was amazing from the time you get out the car to the front desk, everyone had smiles on their face. Also the phone call to check on once we get to the room. The location put me right where i needed to be. The room fresh and clean, also perfect view of the stadium. I will diffenly come back.

Everything about Hotel Phoenix was AMAZING! From the moment I arrived, the experience was top-notch. Took my son to a mother/son 2 day getaway to Atlanta. We wanted to see Harry Potter movie at the Cosm which is right next door to the hotel phoenix. As soon as I walked thru the doors, the kind and very professional Derek greeted us from the front desk and made our experience so wonderful. He welcomed me as an Amex member and explained everything to me. I was given a box of chocolates that were yummy! We asked for a fan for the room and they had it readily available. 5 stars all the way!
